It’s been about 10 years since the last time I was hit by you. The last time I was put in the hospital, the last time MY daughter’s life was jeopardized.

It’s been 10 long years, and I am finally starting to remember everything that has happened to me, every punch you threw, every name you called me, every time you almost killed me.

And I am no longer afraid. Not afraid of your hands, or your words. It took me 10 years to finally learn how weak you really are. I am not scared of you.

But you.. you should be scared of me.
